We have got the new Matrice 210 Version 2 and we are using a slave controller to operate the Zenmuse Z30 camera, we want to configure the controls so that we can control the camera pitch and yaw movements on one stick rather than one on each stick this will allow the camera operator to use the free hand to control the zoom at the same time (which is what we require). When we had the Version 1 this was possible using DJI Go 4 App but we are unable to use DJI Go 4 with the Version 2 only DJI Pilot. Has anyone had this issue before or does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks

Hi, I acquired a 210 V2.0 matrix in Chile and until today the representatives do not have the solution to handle the cameras with the slave control, they even sold a control of the inspire 2 to occupy it as a slave and obviously it is not compatible, @dji still does not deliver adequate information ... controls are paid and inspections can not be performed as the work times must be increased to double.

Hi, yeah we have struggled with this problem too! We have assigned the camera zoom in/out function to the BA and BB buttons on the actual Cendence itself but obviously it does not cure the issue but you can sort of work the sticks and zoom in and out with the bottons as they are next to your hand! We have to employ a 3rd person now as a spotter as it now takes 2 people to work the Cendence camera remote controls! DJI need to sort this issue
