Pity the rain came in,  you were lucky to get through it !  The start of the video was fantastic,  dramatic,  with sound track to match & beautiful colours.

Hardly caught out, its raining at start of video, and rain visible in the distance.

Judging by vimeo this is a commercial advert for 'wetsuits', a wet suit by its very design allows water in.

DJI advise not to fly in inclement weather as it will ruin the quadcopter.

Mr phantomrain.org has gotten around your ban (for advertising)  by using a new name or at the very least, hes asked someone to post on his behalf, look at the name at the top of the video or go to vimeo from the link in the video and you can see from his his business account  ;)
