Wife purchased DJI Mavic drone for Christmas. Activated it and purchased Care Refresh on the same day (12/25/2018). Crashed drone over the weekend breaking off the Gimbal. When I went to login and file a claim, there were two drone S/Ns associated with my account, and the Refresh Care was associated with the wrong one. This is aggravating as I only have ever owned the one device and should only have one serial number associated.
Been going back and forth with support for a couple of days, and I'm not getting anywhere. Worried that I paid for Refresh Care, and now it's going to be useless and I'm going to be stuck with a broken drone.
Case # is 2189116. Any help to escalate this would be appreciated.
