Asst2v1.2.4 has a size slightly more than 200 MB. It is not clear why you use the drone to download this program. It is intended for installation in a computer.

The DJI Assistant 2 can be downloaded using your computer, and it's not necessary to turn on and connect your drone to your computer while waiting for the application to be fully installed. However, the battery level should be hight at least 50% prior to updating the firmware. Hope that this would satisfy your query. Thank you for understanding.

My apologies misleading thread replies: Shenzhen requested drone & rc data recorded inboard, so usb cable separately, sequentially, for Shenzhen server upload asst2v1.2.4 assists, however upload gigabytes file exhausts battery taking long upload duration.
Why so huge gigabytes?
This means inboard the rc & inboard the drone, there exists plenty digital storage capacity for retaining record data.
But what happens if battery can not fulfill the upload or win10 reposit writing to mass storage? Fail upload to requestor Shenzhen

Are you downloading videos off internal memory? I can download the full 8 gig in 4 to 5 min. on my laptop. Maybe you need a faster computer. USB 3.0?

If the problem lies in the low speed of the Internet, then try to first transfer the data from the drone to the computer, and then download it from the computer to the DJI support service.

The upload of flight data, not mp4 film, comes from the two devices, drone & rc. Cable is used into the asst2v1.2.4
In the asst2 there is upload logs
Once clicked upload takes longer than drone battery can last.
Does this mean cannot remove flight logs?
