My Mavic 2 does not take off and gives an error: take off error check props and motor! What to do to fix this problem or is the drone (brand new) broken and need repares?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to clarify if you've managed to check if the propellers are placed on correct motors? The propeller has a mark on it and those propellers can be installed to the motors of the drone that have marked as well. You may check the propellers if it can easily rotate once it has been mounted to the drone. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for your support.
