Me compré un Spark en Enero 2019, funcionaba bien pero el sábado pasado me dejó de funcionar el GPS he restablecido a ajustes de fabrica, he actualizado el firmware, etc y me sigue sin funcionar no me deja despegar y solo me deja MODO ATTI. No se que más hacer, ¿a alguien le ha pasado? ¿como lo habéis solucionado?

Hi, we're sorry for the incovenience. Have you tried to re-calibrate the IMU and compass of your drone? Does the signal remains weak when you change the flight locations? Let the Spark sit outside powered on for 10 minutes, maybe its GPS just needs to get a proper fix.
Check with your mobile if GPS satellites can be received. Maybe someone is jamming GPS nearby.
If that doesn't help...well, then it seems the GPS module is dead and needs to repaired or replaced.
Was there a crash? GPS antennas are made of ceramic materials and can crack easily if they get mechanical shocks.

Gracias por contestar, llevaré el SPARK a reparar, tuvo un pequeño golpe al aterrizar me lo empujó el viento pero estaba a menos de medio metro del suelo iba muy lento y no creía que por ese golpe podría haberse roto por que no fue nada, al principio pensé las interferencias del lugar o algo, las actualizaciones, pero veo que no.

Hi Laida,

Too bad, so it seems the GPS module is bad. Have the bird repaired. If you are brave, you can do it yourself, the GPS modules are available on the net.
Do not fly it as it is now. If the GPS antenna is indeed cracked, it can fall apart and cause short circuits.

He llevado a reparar el drone, está en garantía y me dicen que no tiene solución me devuelven el dinero porque no tienen en stock... Estoy buscando para comprar otro spark (por que tengo dos baterías más, el módulo de carga, helices recien compradas, etc) y no hay en stock sparks en ningún sitio. ¿Ahora que hago con todo eso? Si no puedo comprar un spark....

A mi me pasó exactamente lo mismo tuve un pequeño impacto de poco menos de un metro y me sale el mismo mensaje en l aplicación, también he probado todo y no hay manera, ¿donde lo enviaste a reparar? por que de momento me enviaron un mail con los pasos básicos de reiniciar y tal... si es un servicio de reparación autorizado y me lo puedes facilitar te lo agradecería.
