Phantom 3 C1/C2 button functions merged

Hello,

On my Phantom 3 remote, the C1 and C2 button functions are being merged. For example if C1 is set for gimbal forward/down and C2 is set to change camera settings, when I press either button then both functions get executed (camera rotates and the camera settings come up). This happens no matter what functions are set and happens with DJI Go and Litchi apps.

Any ideas why this is happening? FW is up to date.

Hi Kevin, please power on the RC, then press C1+C2+Shutter button at the same time to reset the RC to see if it works. Thanks.

It will not reset. The C2 button is acting as if it is a C1 button so the reset process will not initiate.

I am reposting this as I never received an answer:

On my Phantom 3 remote, the C1 and C2 button functions are being merged. Is there no other way to reset the remote?

Shipping this remote is going to cost me a fortune vs. buying a used replacement. Is there a local repair center in Montreal, Quebec, CA?
