Is there anything else that can cause an ESC error like maybe a gimbal cable or USB cable or anything other than motherboard or Motors

ESC error can also be caused by firmware upgrading.  If the firmware is updated for both RC and AC and an ESC error appears. Please try to restart your aircraft multiple times to see if the error message would disappear. I had an ESC error on my P3P, turned out one of the motor wires was not soldered to the board correctly. I re soldered the wire to the board and that fixed the issue. You could check yours but that involves cracking open the shell.
