It was a sad day when your drone fell from the sky without warning. Thanks DJI for the good service of reparing my Mavic 2 Zoom Drone without getting to use my Refresh. I was disappointed the frist time with my other Mavic 2 Pro when it did the same thing but didn't show on record. I will give you the credit you deserve on this one though, just to be fair.
