Can it be done at night?  Massive noise/blur?

AEB is useful for high contrast scenario's.
So that depends on 'if' your frame has high contrast.
Usually for me it is not needed (since most is dark anyway)
One issue with night time is the risk of blur, so the success rate might be lower than expected.

Would it be better to shoot at f/2.8 at night then?  Then just pretty much Pano focus stack all around?

Depends on what you are after.
Focus stacking won't be needed most of the time.
Your subject will probably be close to infinity focus.
Even at 2.8 the tiny sensor + longer distance will probably lack the need of focus stacking.
Unless you are very close to your subject of course.
(not very common with a drone)

To be eligible to get your Remote Pilot Certificate, you must be:
    At least 16 years old
    Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
    Be in a physical and mental condition to safely fly a UAS

Although none of the criteria seem to have been met, it might actually be true according to the FAA certificate checker.

It's a sad day when fools are allowed to govern the world.

Is it any different to the UK CAA PfCO?

• Whilst  certified, you cannot night fly unless you have the waiver etc....
• BUT, as long as you are not flying for commercial reasons and hobbyist only then we in the UK can fly at night, for now......
  

As for your fireworks, might be best to go through this thread, me personally, i would film it in 4k and grab stills from it, i am lazy that way, only problem doing it that way is you  wont be able to have nice long exposure images, you will want some of those too, im sure....

All of the above is is purely wishful thinking for me, i would never have the chance with my drone, i have 3 dogs and normally 2 more on bonfire night (UK) and i am normally in bed for 8pm (read til 9pm) cause the dogs get me up anytime between 2:30 and 4am......

Why should he have to prove anything, you made the ridiculous statement, the onus is on you to prove the rubbish you write. Dozens of people on here have published excellent night shots, look around.

From what I can see on Justin's website and YouTube, these photos were on a standard P4.

He has done well to prove himself wrong

I have seen many great shots at night from the P4P, many!  

I also asked if your rules of night flying is the same as the UK, as long as youre hobby flying and not for commercial (without a waiver) then can you fly?

Why isnt AEB good for night? you do know that the idea of using AEB is to capture as much detail as possible, when best would you need to do this? at night!!!

Why isnt 4 second any good for firework, it makes a great effect, so it does! see here, meant to be 8 seconds, i think it might be too long for a firework to stick around, i think it was poss 4 seconds, could be wrong mind....

And, youve still not answered my question!!

Correct me if wrong but the word elite in your "company" name, does that not mean you're among the best in drone photography? Therefore, you should know how to get those decent night shots! I myself have never done a night shot with the drone and only played a little with a dslr at night, but what i would know is that the longer the exposure the more light is let in, so, for me, i would probably start at ISO 400, f5.6 and 1s, bear in mind, its a non educated guess, it is where i would start from, and adjust to get the optimum shot i was after for that location, time of night, type of night etc, the only way you will learn is to go out there and screw it up and learn from the mistakes....

There is no way these scenes can look anything like those city scape shots , there is just not enough light, and too far away from the subjects...
