Lost video on Mavic2 Zoom w smart controller

I've had my Mavic2 Zoom for a couple of months. I lose my video on the smart controller when I fly. The controller screen jumps to the DJI Go startup screen, and I have to press "Go Fly" to get the video back.  This happens many times per flight. Video recording continues perfectly and flight controls continue to work. I just can't see what the camera sees.
The problem does not happen when I use the Mavic Zoom on the ground. It only happens when I fly.

Hi Sparky1951x, sorry for the late response. Just to verify, the image transmission issue only appears in the flight, not on the ground, right? If yes, please kindly offer a short operation video and screenshot of firmware version for better assistance, thanks in advance!

Hi, Susan. I think you have super powers.
I flew this morning. My Mavic updated itself and now it behaves very well. I used up four batteries with no problems.

By the way, I tried my DJI goggles out. They had perfect video even though the Smart Controller video continued to crash.

I just got an update from our engineers that there is one point to be confirmed: Do you add any film on the screen? If not, I'm afraid that you may send it in for diagnosis: https://www.dji.com/support Sorry about that.

Got it! I was touching the corner of the screen with my finger and that was shutting
DJI Go down. I finally moved the icons around on my home screen and that solved the problem.
