I have a dji model GL358wB controller that I have only used a few times for my school. I charged both the controller and the battery for the drone. The drone battery charged fully, but the controller will not turn on. Any suggestions?

Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to turn on the RC to see if there would be some lights that will come up. Just press and hold the power button for about 3-4 secs until it will show the light. Also, Can you please send us a short video clip showing the problem for us to further isolate the issue.
