Hello!

I'm very ecxited for my new DJI SPARK!
I just got it, opened the box, charged it, downloaded the app, followed all the protocols but then:
MY SMARTPHONE CAN'T SEE THE SPARK'S WIFI WHILE OTHER DEVICES CAN!
Ugh that is so frusterating...  So I must ask, is there a solution for that? is it possible that its a different WiFi "type" or signal than all the others? (my Cellphone CAN see all the other wifi networks around)

Hello and good day Navee. I am sorry for the trouble and my apologies for the inconvenience. May I know what mobile device and DJI Go 4 app version you are currently using please? Did you receive an error message on the application? If yes, please provide a screenshot for us to further check. Thank you for your support.

My phone can't find the spark either. It finds the remote. I've never used it that way. Link the remote to the spark and OTG the phone to the remote.
