I have not bought anything in years online. Is it normal for DJI to request a copy of your ID and address to ship a product despite already charging you for the product?

Hi Sean, upon checking our account, there is one order of Spark Alpine White (Refurbished Unit) and DJI Care Refresh wait to pick and ship, the order has been placed, where did the system request your ID and address? May we have a screenshot for further verification? Thank you.
