Hi all,

Interested in using the DJI Osmo Action for a series of experimental shoots that I'm working on.

Would like to use one of the formats which captures a larger range of the sensor output and use the UHD and image stabilisation modes.  I believe this forces me to use D-Cinelike mode.

I will need to convert this to a standardised video format.  I have been unable to find any technical description of D-Cinelike, without which a correct conversion is not possible.

Could someone point me at the technical data for:

• Primaries - CIE Yxy, CIE Yuv, CIELAB etc.
• Matrixing for YCbCr to RGB
• Opto-Electronic Transfer Function in use.
• Reference levels for 18% Grey Card and 100% Diffuse White

Any update on this? Not being able to correctly convert to CIE XYZ makes these cameras less than useful.

I doubt if you will find this sort of info for a camera in this market segment.

Is there something you could do to create your own transfer function using a known reference source ?
