Hi

I recently rerurned from vacation and had all my Osmo 2 footage on the dji go app.
The app had an error and needed to be reinstalled and ive lost all my footage..

Can sombody please assist....this cant be the way its been designed surely?!

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. I would like to know what mobile device are you using? For iOS, if the application has been deleted, the files will be deleted as well. For the Android devices, you may check the internal storage of the phone or the SD card and locate the DJI folder then look for the sub-folder name camera. However, if the folder can't be detected then I'm afraid that the photos and videos are deleted. Thank you for understanding.
