Hi, I know that Osmo Pocket does record 4k 30 FPS with 100 MBits. So if recording with 60 FPS, does that lower the Bitrate to 50 MBits? Because if 30 FPS 100 MBit is the limit it reduces when raising the FPS, correct?

Or do I think wrong.

Is it a bad option to shot in 4k 60fps then?

I think that is the same reason the slow motion has bad Quality in comparison to 4k 30 FPS.

Sorry I do need to know if the quality is the same between 30 and 60 FPS or of the Bitrate is lower if using 60 FPS.

I can't confirm but based on my test I get,

4K 60FPS  = 100.27Mbps

4K 30FPS =  80.86Mbps

FHD 60FPS = 68.17Mbps

FHD 30FPS = 33.74Mbps

No it is not correct.
4K 60 FPS and 4K 30 FPS = 100 Mbps

Your all wrong, it's a variable bit rate that aims to stay around the 100mbs mark

If you want to see the bit rates used, look at the details in the file properties. As somebody has said this is 100 Mb/s VBR (variable bit rate), the less detail in the image the lower the number of bits needed to save it.
