I'm a bit baffled.  Browsing through the smart controller threads all I see are users having issues. I also know that when there is good feedback users post that also, but %90 of the feedback on this product is negative. Strange.

I use mine all the time and love it.  I haven't really had any problems to speak of...

Most people will be more inclined to express dissatisfaction with a product - whilst there are a number of issues looking at the forum that is a very small % of total users. I would not judge a product through reading forum feedback. There are also a number who are anti DJI for whatever reason and write negative comments on here despite the reality that they have never owned one!
