Hi, we're sorry to know about the problem during the firmware update. I would like to clarify if this regarding the firmware update of your Osmo Mobile 2? Would it be possible if you could provide us with a screenshot showing this particular error message? You may try to re-install the application or change the mobile device to see if that would help.
