Hi DJI. Im purchased my inspire 2 with Prores license. I got the activation code before my Inspire 2 arrived, but when I got my  drone and connected to DJI assistant  2 there  is no way to let me enter the license  code. ONLY A STILL PICTURE on license page

I purchased the prores/dng code after I got the i2. i opened up dji assistant, with the drone already plugged in and the switch on the aircraft set to computer. the dji assistant recognized the drone and I went to "license" and entered the code.

perhaps try a different usb port? reboot pc?

Hello there, sorry for the difficulties on activating the license, please connect to DJI Assistant 2 and try again and let us know if it works this time.
