I'm currently waiting for my otg to type-c cable to be delivered and was wondering what would happen in the case the connection between the phone and rc is lost even when using the wired connection?
Will it go into RTH?

Will you still be able to regain control after fixing the cable and getting the connection between the rc and phone back?

Any answers would be highly apprecited. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. For clarification, since the aircraft is still connected with the drone, the spark wouldn't use the RTH function automatically and you could still control the aircraft., However, it's recommended to use the RTH button on the remote controller if the app would disconnect to the remote controller for safety purposes. Please refer to the screenshots below.

You will still be flying it with the remote. I once, long ago, had the OTG cable fall out of the phone's USB socket.

Connect between RC and Mobile dont impact RTH. If you loose OTG connectvity and your mobile WiFi is on, mobile should connect to RC via WiFi (if paired earlier).

I've noticed that happened to me but only because my OTG cable is braided...
