Hello. I just got a mavic 2 pro last week, after about 2 days trying to update it (update kept failing using the app to update it). Then the update kept messing up my wifi when using the assistant 2 for mavic app on my computer. I finally plugged my computer into an ethernet cord and after 2 or so more tried I was finally able to successfully update everything. I have only flown the craft once since, and have not wrecked it in any way.


My live view looks like crap on my phone with lines going vertically in the picture, the screen flashes constantly, and if I take a picture the screen freezes. I am using the latest version of the app, and this happens on a samsung s7, s9+, and ipad mini 2. I downgraded the firmware for both the controlled and craft and reinstalled the latest firmware.. still does the same thing. Also, I noticed on my flight that I had a weak signal at about 200' height and about 400' distance which obviously shouldn't be. I assume this is a defective craft?

If it is doing this with IOS and android, it could well be a faulty bird
