Hello! I have a problem when I downloaded the Assistant 2 for Macos, installed the app, but when I open the Assistant, (turn on Mavic Air as well) the Assistant show this screen? How can I connect it with my Mavic Air? Please help me

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. The DJI Assistant 2 can be used to update the firmware of your Mavic Air and calibrate the sensors. You may refer to our videos tutorial below. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you!

Try installing an older version of Assistant2, about a year ago.
