I browsed the forum but couldn't find any topic and none which presented a solution, except for the obvious one: contact service.

Anyway I had quite a frustrating experience with my Mavic Pro:
Last weekend I went on a hike. I charged all batteries and checked prior that the app and firmware is up to date. When I wanted to fly the drone the Mavic Pro would not turn on. I changed the battery and still it wouldn't until shortly after the drone turned on. I flew a short time, landed and switched off the Mavic Pro. Now the next, very frustrating thing happened: the remote would not switch off(?!). I pressed the on/off button so many times and for long - nothing happened. The remote was still running and trying to connect to the drone. I had to continue my hike with the turned on remote until it ran out of juice.

What should I do? Anyone who knows what happened and has caused these issues?
