The QR code on the back of my DJI Spark controller is partially rubbed off and will no longer scan. Is there any way to obtain the QRcode?

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. Scanning the QC code for the remote controller is not necessary, you could easily connect your phone to the RC via wi-fi on your mobile device. For additional information, in any case that you've forgotten the password of the remote controller's wi-fi, you may press and hold the remote controller’s power button for nine seconds. When the remote controller makes "DDD-DD" beeping sounds, the Wi-Fi can be reset. Hope that this would clarify your query. Thank you for your support.

The QR thing doesn't work anyhow. Do this instead.

Hi Denys,

Can you still read the password on the label? If yes, write it down for future reference, and use the manual mode to conenct Wifi to the Spark.
