I have had the Mavic Air for two weeks now and have had nothing but trouble. I am have trouble getting the Controller to conect to the drone. I have a solid green light on the controller and a flashing green light on the back of the drone, but in the DJI Go app, on my Google Pixel 2XL, I get "Remote Controller Error". I can actually start the drone like this, but I have no settings or camera. I also can not connect the Controller via USB cable to my PC with the DJI Assistant 2. All I get on my PC is "USB Device not recognized". I did update the drivers, before the PC would beep when trying to connect and reconnect, but now nothing. No beeping, just USB device not reognized. I have about a week to resolve these issiues before I send it back for a refund.
