I'm a long time user of the ronin-m with follow focus and thumbwheel and am finally getting around to connecting the start/stop module to fully make use of the thumbwheel record button.
Whenever I try to upgrade the start/stop by connecting the Ronin-m to the computer via the gimbal app, I get an error message saying "the upgrade has failed" and to "cycle power", etc. I noticed on another older thread that someone else was having the same issue using OSX and was told to try it on PC.
Has this been fixed? Is there any way around getting this done on a PC or would I need to send it in (don't own or have PC access)? Including pictures below, please let me know. Thanks!
