I have a Matrice 210 with dual gimbal configuration. Gimbal 1 has a Zenmuse XT2 attached to it and gimbal 2 carries the Zenmuse Z30.
My issue is that the Z30 is always pointing a few degrees more upward than the XT2. This occurs after start up and also when using the function where both cameras point in the same direction. The Z30 is also not able to look straight down.
The firmware versions are as follows:
Matrice: v01.02.0301
XT2: v0.1.00.00.20
Z30: 01.00.01.20
DJI Pilot: v1.4.0

We have the same set-up as yours an do not have the issue you describe. Have you tried doing a gimbal reset via the gimbal menu?

yes we have tried that and have also tried to calibrate the gimbals. The issue remains the same.
I might add that we've had this issue from day one of purchasing the drone.
Assuming you are under warranty, I'd suggest you open a ticket with DJI Service. Last time I had warranty issues, I had the unit back from Cerritos, CA within 2 weeks.
