I have recently bough the Fly more kit & have a question about the hub.


It will not seem to charge if only one battery is connected, but works fine if 2 or more batteries are connected. Is this correct?

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. May I please ask if you already tried to charge your other battery alone to see if the issue persist. Also, can you please clarify what light indicator showing in the charging hub if you charge one battery alone. We highly appreciate if you could provide us a short video clip showing the problem for us to isolate the issue. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. I have 4 batteries in total. I have a flight later on today, I will use all of my batteries & test.

I tested this morning & the hub worked as designed, no problem at all. I only used 2 batteries, so I will try to use all 4 batteries today & test again in case it is an issue with a particular battery.

What AC adapter would you recommend using to get the best performance out of the hub?
