Quick question for the DJI airport experts.  I'm a newbie.  And I take drone piloting very serious so I'm glad there are a lot of safeguards for all drone pilots.  With that said yesterday I knew I was in the 5-mile radius of an airport for a real estate shoot.  I called the tower (like always), the tower asked me my location/address for the shoot, asked me when I wanted to begin/end, and asked me my ceiling and gave me the green light.  However when I booted up my Air, the DJI software wouldn't let me fly.
What is the best way to remedy this situation?  I typed in my "information" to the prompts when I was denied flight including my cell phone over 24-hours ago and have yet to seen any communication.

Carl thanks for sharing, I live nearby a hospital that has a helipad. I have done the same thing but have not had any issues. Normally the alerts are just indicators, double check your settings and see if your allowed to uncheck the alerts.
