I realy like to buy this drone , i have doubts.. I don’t realy care about the range or height .. 40-50 meters and 10 meters height is ok for me .. what i do really care about is the footage .. i dont want full hd video but i want a smooth and for sure no frame skips video .. i also have iphone xs max for controlling it and I’ll but the extender if it is guaranteed that i wont have any skips.. one of the main reasons for buying this drone is legal issues. Buy it now or wait and save money for spark?

sorry for my late reply..it depend on your purpose. if you want to bring the drone in anywhere spark is better, because Tello can't fly anywhere and anytime especially on the beach with the strong wind or place with strong wind. and if you take some footage with low light, spark is better.
Tello can't fly anywhere and anytime, need good condition weather and light to get good quality footage.
