Hi

I have a XT zenmuse pluged the my MAtrice M210V2, the gimbal works fine, I can move it and take pictures with the remote, but No video, just black screen. The Pilot software say me the firmware is too old, so I have downloaded the last fw from here , Zenmuse XT Firmware V01.31.00.60（Matrice 200), copy to the SD, but no update, no beeps, and no log on the SD to chek whts its going on.


The XT has the 01.15.00.48 FW, so Im thinking I have to  try with and old firmware () older than the last one I mean) first to then upload the last one.


The gimbal adapter us already updated.

I think we have the same problem with our xt2, can you do a test, plugged only your xt, and check what silk well recognized as xt and not as a z30 ?

Hi, no my problem is no matter what firmware  I put on a SD card, the camera never get updated, no beeping at power on, etc. DJI Pilot tell me every time I have to upgrade, but the camera doesnt take the bin file.

Inside the DJI Pilot, I have no video with the camera, but I can see the temperature, take pictures, take a video and get recorder on the SD camera, control the gimbal, etc, but a black video screen.

I think that in the end you have the same problem if you use pilot version 1.4.0

camera XT, Matrice 210 v 2.0 pilot 1.6.1 also no image from the camera, but the camera XT2 works.

Im also getting the same problems,

Had to do an update on my Z30 and XTR thermal cam and the drone or cameras not recognising the firmware? No picture just black screen, No beeping at all, it even comes up with " SD card slot empty" when it isnt .. The gimbal works but no image
Something major is going on as ive read 5+ separate threads with this problem. It ranges from the XTR, XT2 and Z30 Cameras.

Anyone els with this problem?

Please help DJI!! We need our crafts up and running peoples livelihoods depend on it.

same issue as of Sept 2020 (M200v2), except the Pilot Software doesn't complain, just has black video.  Just updated the Pilot app a couple of days ago..  No problem with XT2.

I tried again with the latest Pilot App.  With the XT plugged into connector 2 on the M210v1 you get video, but for M200v2 the gimbal functions and images taken, but no live video.  The XT is not compatible with connector 1 on the M210, so insure you have the XT in connector 1 on the M210.  I believe my issue is that the single connector on the M200 is the equivalent of connector 1.
