Hi

I have a XT zenmuse pluged the my MAtrice M210V2, the gimbal works fine, I can move it and take pictures with the remote, but No video or image, just black screen. The Pilot software say to me the firmware is too old, so I have downloaded the last fw from here , Zenmuse XT Firmware V01.31.00.60（Matrice 200), copy to the SD, but no update, no beeps, and no log on the SD to chek whats its going on.


The XT has the 01.15.00.48 FW, so Im thinking I have to  try with old firmwares (older than the last one I mean) first to then upload the last one.


The gimbal adapter us already updated.

I have try it on a Inpisere and works fine.

Was this resolved? I literally bought a new zenmuse xt2 and the same thing is happening

sorry to hear that. I never get a solution so I had to sell the camera.
