Quick question for anyone out there, please advise further.

My MAVIC 2 PRO's (DJI CARE REFRESH) expires next month, I called DJI up to find out if I could renew for a further year. I'm not sure if the operator didn't understand me or I wasn't able to understand her.

The question is: CAN YOU RENEW YOU DJI MAVIC PRO 2 (DJI CARE REFRESH PLAN) in the U.K. or Europe?

I'm assuming many are or will be facing a similar situation sooner or later.

I live in England and DJI sold me a Care Refresh package in April. I understand though that when it runs out after a year, for whatever reason it cannot be extended, so I will be adjusting my insurance and looking at an all in one  competitive specialist insurance package. There are a few good ones out there.

I think he means buying another year of care refresh like you can in the USA.    On the USA site its called DJI Car Refresh+ but when you swap to the UK site it shows as not available in this region.

You can buy care refresh in the UK within 48 hours of activating the drone and it's valid for one-year. DJI do have an extended two-year refresh package but not in the UK so after the year is up you'll need to insure it elsewhere or take your chances.

The DJI Care refresh can be used in one DJI product and it can't be extended by purchasing it again. However, DJI offers a DJI Care refresh plus plan that would provide extra year coverage to your drone but I'm afraid that this plus is not available in the U.K or Europe.
