Or why barefoot autistic brats should not play golf.
No drones were harmed producing this video.
My goal was to take off from the "tee" and fly to and orbit the hole, but I kept getting lost, flying to the wrong hole, misreading the chart and going the wrong direction and so on. I think I've figured out the signs and might try it again. On a couple holes I tried walking half way to the tee before taking off so Phoebe did not have to go my walking pace everywhere. I always stood nearby while orbiting the hole. I tend to drift away from the target while doing an orbit, so I was worried about smacking into a tree, or myself, so I'd check where the drone was often. Every time I did, the target would run off screen.
I started to get "triggered" and kept forgetting things like turning on the video. When I started figuring out the map posted at each tee, I was able to fly more or less directly to the hole and got some holes under a minute. Ran out of batteries at hole 9.
My score:
First time out -- Camera Drone Class
9 holes in 23.25 minutes or 2.58 minutes per hole. Timed by the GO4 app.
