Hey,
I hope i'm posting this in the right place.
Today i noticed that my FPV cam looks like it might not be in the right place.
Some of the parts seem to be strangely exposed.
I'm not quite sure if it has to look like that.
Hopefully someone can answer me that question.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. May I ask if you experience any hard landing or crash? Also, if the FPV is currently working properly? If you wish to send the unit into our facility for repair, you may contact our support using the link below. Thank you for your continued support!

Definitely not normal. If it's still working as expected, you may try to gently push it back in place. The guts should be hidden completely.

Thanks for the quick response.
I experienced nothing like that and the FPV camera is working perfectly fine.
Maybe it was there all the time and i'm just noticing it now.
I really don't want to try fixing it myself so i would like to hand this over to the support.

Best regards,

Thanks for the response.
I really don't want to make things worse so i better don't touch anything

That was a great option and we are not recommending customer to fix their own units to avoid any possible issues. Just a friendly reminder that DJI will not provide a warranty repair for cases occurring after the expiry of the warranty period; otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards!

I'd definitely return it for a service check and repair.

May be it's a defect on a certain batch - do the serial numbers of both drones show a similar date?
