Hi,

    I recently replaced the gimbal arm and data ribbon.  After reassembly everything about the camera works but focus.  Rest the settings, tried focus assist, manual focus, nothing would help. I'm using a Iphone 8+ and or a crystal sky to view, same on both.  Any ideas>?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. If the drone experienced any type of incidents, it's recommended to send the unit to our facility for further evaluation. We do not recommend fixing the drone by our customer's end due as it may void the warranty. Warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment and the warranty period of your unit. We perfectly understand that you have a capability to fix your drone, however, it seems that it has a problem with the camera upon replacing the internal parts. You could send the unit to one of our recommended service centers for them to have your drone to be fixed. Please refer to the link below.
