Hi there,

Please check out the thread above to learn more about the 'bad horizon' issue i'm having with my Mavic 2 Pro. As per "DJI Gamora"s instruction i refreshed the firmware but it didn't solve the issue.


Some additional info:
This drone was purchased 2018-08-23 direct from DJI. Order no. 0010983287920. At the time of purchase I also bought 'DJI CARE Refresh'. The drone has never been crashed.

I'm a commercial videographer and need to get this drone fixed or exchanged as quickly as possible. What steps to i need to take now to resolve this?
