Hi, I have multiple DJI drones Mavic, P4P and I2 and everytime I try to sync my flight records the syncing gets stuck at the 30% mark Please advise if I have to apply any patches to my app regards dipen

That seems strange never had any problems uploading my drones? You may want to uninstall and reinstall the DJI GO 4 app?..

Please try to sync the flight records using a different network. We suggest to use Wifi connection. Moving forward, may we know the reason for the syncing please? Looking forward to your reply. Thank you for choosing DJI.
