Hello .

I have a Osmo action he was working good,then der  is a new Update and the EIS don,t works on 1080p by 25 or 50 FPS . i thry 4k 16:9 in 25 or 50 Fps and it,s not good working .
I have upload two films to DJI a se look at it. ????

Hi there, is it EIS or RockSteady in your Osmo Action? RockSteady is unavailable in the following resolutions: 4K (4:3): 30, 25, 24fps; 1080p: 240, 200,120,100fps and 720p: 240, 200fps.
What is your current firmware version?

Have a look in 'About' which is in the 'Settings' menu.

For the latest Firmware version you should see 01.05.00.10(6762)

The Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS), was renamed by DJI, and is now known as 'RockSteady' or 'RS' as displayed on the screen.
