It's a blue heron

Pretty sure its a blue heron. they can have wing spans up to 6 feet.

The bird appears to be a great blue heron.

Moving close enough to cause it to fly three times is harassment.

Harassing wildlife does not put the flying camera business in good light.

Please enjoy birds from a far enough distance such that they do not lift their head, move around nervously, or fly off (flush in birding terms).

It's definitely a heron, but the great blue heron is a North American species.  The video was taken in Europe where the very similar gray heron is native...

This is one real advantage to the zoom.  You can use the camera's longer focal lengths for things like birds who tend to fly away when a drone comes close.
