Two days ago I exchanged 1800 DJI Points for 10$ Worth of DJI credit. The points are still stuck in the auditing stage and I want to use them for my DJI Refresh+. I need to get the points exchanged by tonight or else I can’t use them for my purchase because my DJI Refresh will expire tomorrow.
Usually DJI is slow to respond and doesn’t actually give me an answer but please hurry up in responding and please exchange my points for DJI Credit.

Just to verify, did you input your Forum points manually in the first frame? 1800 Forum Points seems to be the default points, therefore, the Exchange button cannot be clicked.

Yes, I manually imputed 1800 points

This is different, first I figured out that I had to manually impute the points by typing them in, now these points are stuck in the auditing stage that need to go through by tonight.

I’m bummed out in not being able to use the points to buy DJI Refresh+

No, it is recommended to send email to djifansforumadmin@dji.com to see if they can make an exception and speed up.
