So....your phantom may or may not have crashed and gotten dirty. You have most likely been there at one time or another and if it hasn’t happened to you it probably will in the future.
Cleaning your drone should be a regular process to keep your drone in top shape for max performance, in doing so you should be careful not to damage critical parts such as the gimble or motors.First things first decide how much money you want to spend you can use anything from paper towels to microfiber cloths and fine bristled paint brushes.Depending on the condition of your drone you can use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on the shell to get any dirt and grime off of it.Next take your propellers and clean the insides there they make contact with the motor, any to dirt out that could potentially cause harm to them.Once you have cleaned the props move on to the gimble. To clean take preferably some tiny bristles paint brushed and it a good wipe down to get dust and debris out of all the little cracks. While you are working on the gimble locate a microfiber cloth and carefully wipe down the camera lens to insure a good shot next time you fly. Finally from a distance use a small amount of compressed air where needed, make sure there is no moisture build up that could damage your drone.
This has been a quick summary on how you can clean your drone, please comment your questions or list some of your suggestions and thoughts below.
