I flew my drone in Mexico and my footprint didn’t update. Dji responded in forum saying they would escalate and have been ignoring all responses afterward. My question is when will my foot print update? It’s poor service to respond to initial problem and never follow up.

If I fly my Mavic Mini in Mexico will it add to my footprints?

I believe I come back too late, but I still would like to explain the reason.
The flight records were synced twice by you, the footprint of Mexico was synced successfully the first time but you deleted it and then synced again, therefore, there is no footprint of Mexico.

Yes, it will. As long as you don't delete it.

Hi Cedriclekine, sorry for the late response, do you still have the same problem? If yes, please sync your flight records and keep us updated with your DJI account and the time when you flew in Mexico so that we could forward to our engineers to look into.
