Hi
I need help please..... when I connect the OP to my Iphone X the Mimo not auto open and I open the app manually and no response and no update firmware etc... even the
  • Wireless connection for remote control also not working.

everytime i connect osmo pocket to iphone blink battery icon.
It's possible that there isn't solution..

How are we connecting the iPhone to the Pocket? If by a cable, you need to make sure that the cable passes data. Many USB-C cables are "charging cables".

I would make sure the contacts are clean.

If you know anyone else with a Pocket, or have access to someone who sells them, try another connector.

I have the same issue with the pocket not connecting to the Iphone X. The pocket is brand new out of the box. It worked when activating and first using the Mimo app before the firmware update, very frustrating! I have tried the lighting connector and a USB C to lightning cable, both charge the phone and will not connect to the Mimo app. When was this firmware released? Did anyone have this issue before 1.10.00.20?

Mine is brand new to. Worked until firmaware upgrade yesterday. Now it just keep searching.

Factory reset my iPhone X and the problem still there, cannot detect my Osmo pocket. The customer service push the problem to Apple asking me to take back my iPhone to Apple store. Please face the issue and solve the problem DJI...... TOTALLY REGRETED TO UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE

Hi,

I also have this problem on my iPhone 8 since the firmware update.
The fault is clearly the update, everything worked before that.

The update was successful, but the connection via the Lightning adapter was terminated.
By Lightning the Osmo Pocket can no longer connect to the Mimo app, although the iPhone recognizes the Osmo Pocket (connection sound is played).
Wireless connection works.

Tried without success:
Osmo Pocket Reset;
Restart iPhone;
IOS update to newest version (13.2.3);
logged out in Mimo and logged in again.

Hope you can help me.
