I hope someone can help me , my phantom drone has a problem , I have my video iso set to Manual and my white balance off automatic. The problem is when I hit return to home all my settings change back to auto.I have tried resetting my camera settings and even reinstalled my drivers on remote and drone. And one more thing I have my settings for mov off and still still it records in mov. Not sure what to do.
Hi, we're sorry about the inconvenience. Would it be possible if you could clarify to us if the scenario happens upon using the RTH button or will it occur in a different scenario? Have you tried to use a different mobile device to isolate the problem? Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for your support.

The return on my Apple iPad mini ,I haven’t tried the remote return to home . I’ll try it and let you know , thanks.

I tried the return to home on the remote and it still did it, also I also tried using Apple iPhone 6 plus and it still did the same thing .

Problem has been going on for 4 or 5 months, I have your warranty and it’s still less than a year I have had it.
Good news, I found my problem . Under vision sensors settings, under advanced settings,RTH remote obstacles avoidance, I switched this off and my problem is gone .Can you pass this on to DJI Gamora , thanks .
