Dear All,

I am using the Crystal Sky 5.5 with DJI GO 4.0 on my Inspire 2.

When selecting the pilot cam view, everything is displayed fine... See picture.

As soon as I switch back to main Camera, everything changes to a green screen and stays like this.

Thich happens only with the DJI GO 4.0 App, with DJI Pilot App everything works fine.

I assume that some software dirvers of the the DJI GO 4.0 App are not OKAY.

How can I reinstall the DJI GO 4.0 App ?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to ask if the Crystal Sky's firmware is updated? You may try to perform a factory reset using the crystal sky via locating the settings to see if there will be changes. However, it's recommended to save important files and sync the flight records prior to reset as the files might be erased as well. To easily isolate this situation, you may switch the crystal sky to your mobile device and launch the DJI GO application. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.
