Hey All,

Has anyone used AirMagic software to touch up their drone photos, it is something somebody turned me on to as a means of sprucing up Spark photos, which I've seen revised using this software and the Spark photos look great, I also saw some Mavic 2 Zoom photos that were improved upon but not to the degree as the Spark's, mainly because I think the Mavic algorithm is close to the algorithm used in the software. Well, I haven't decided if it's something worth purchasing, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to leave the link and see what the community thought?

Thanks!

Thanks for the link, I appreciate it.

I have photolemur which looks identical to this but not optimised for Drone photos and its quite good for instagram type images,  but when you get close and look at what it does its not subtle at the pixel level,  for examples its quite happy for it to change the shadow under eyes to a purple colour.

I have tried it.
But so far I prefer Affinity Photo (you have more control over the output)

I think it does a good job with its AI algorithm I'm leaning towards getting it, but want to wait to see what a few more people think, thanks for your thoughts.

I must say I tried it to see if it could make my life easier. But that was not the case.
The output was not bad at all, but it was not less work for me.

Thank you moderator DJI Stephen for your kind words of encouragement and insight into the AirMagic Software tool that is currently being discussed and vetted by like minded DJI community users. I look forward to the collaboration between all of us with this medium in hopes of improving our drone photos that many of us find important to our motivations of being DJI drone users. Again, thank you.

It does a little but not by much still on the fence probably will get it provides another vantage point on photos certainly couldn't hurt.

I think the Mavic 2 Zoom ND Filters look awesome given you can just remove the Filter that comes on the Mavic 2 Zoom and the 4 DJI filters all take the shape and form factor of the filter lens that comes on the drone, looks exactly like it does stock form.

I use it not only for my Mavic Pro shots but also for  photos from my Osmo Pocket and my Panasonic Lumix LX100. It is primarily designed for drones but does a good job as an instant fix for almost any photo. If you are in an absolute rush you can just let it do its stuff with all your photos and most of them will be acceptable. It is not foolproof though, in a lot of cases whites in the photos come out with a blue cast and in some other the colours are almost eye-popping. Mostly, however it gives pleasing results and much better than having to spend hours tidying up your pics in Photoshop (or whatever alternative you use). I find that if you're only loading a couple of dozen photos at a time it's best to review each photo individually and to save the 'batch' feature until you have many photos or are in a big hurry. You can always try AirMagic for free before deciding whether you will find it useful enough to make it worth paying for. I tried the free version and liked it enough that when it was on offer at £29  I bought it, and for what it does, and the time it saves me I consider that excellent value for money.
