Does anyone else wonder where their support for North America is actually located?

I often have a very difficult time understanding their poor English via chat and on the phone. It is clear English is not their mother tongue, which is fine. But I think it’s really bad that they refuse to tell us where they are.

Some say communist China.... anyone know?

I do not curious. Does this matter? As long as they can help me, that's all I want, I am not a picky customer.

Of course t matters!! they cannot help because their culture is different , nor is their English very good.

Sounds like you are looking for an English teacher, not a customer support agent.
