Bonjour, j ai un Mavic air depuis 2 mois  tout ce passait bien jusqu a mes vacances.
Je démarre le drone, je fais 5 mètre et là, l application se coupe et impossible de la remettre, en route. J arrive à récupérer le drone, j éteins tout et rallume et la maintenant des que l application se connecte au drone, l application s arrete.,
J ai tout drsintstaller et réinstaller, changer de téléphone, tous remis à zéro, vider la cache rien y fait.
J ai un huawei p20 pro

Hi there, sorry for the troubles with the APP, are you running the latest DJI Go 4? If yes and the issue persists, please export the logs to us for further analysis.
Reboot the mobile phone, then connect the phone to the computer, then find the file under mobile/sdcard/DJI/dji.pilot/LOG/CRASH and export. Then please try to delete the whole folder and re-install to see if the issue happens again, if yes, please upload the logs to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here, thank you.
